Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE) 4.0 notification for 44,000+ School Teacher posts across 4 levels — Primary (Class 1-5), Middle (Class 6-8), Secondary (Class 9-10), and Higher Secondary / Senior Secondary (Class 11-12). This is the biggest teacher recruitment drive in Bihar's history. Selection is merit-based — NO interview, NO written exam. Final merit is prepared on the basis of BTET/CTET marks and academic performance.
These are PERMANENT government teacher posts in Bihar State Government schools under the Department of Education. BPSC is conducting TRE 4.0 to fill vacancies across all districts of Bihar. All selected candidates will be appointed as Niyojit Shikshak with permanent service status, regular pay scale and all government benefits including DA, HRA, pension, medical, and leave entitlements.
