Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank) has released a major recruitment notification for 1,300 posts — 1,100 Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) and 200 Assistant Manager (AM — Grade A Officer). IDBI Bank is one of India's premier public sector banks, wholly owned by Government of India and LIC. This is a DIRECT recruitment to officer-level banking positions with excellent pay, career growth, and government bank benefits.
JAM is an entry-level officer position equivalent to a bank clerk/probationary officer combining both roles. AM Grade A is a Scale-I Officer position with higher responsibility and pay. IDBI Bank operates 1,900+ branches and 3,400+ ATMs across India. Selected candidates will be posted across India in any branch. EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
